    1)Prepares the studio for the event according to checklist (including equipment, dishes & cutlery, blackboards, etc.)

    2)Facilitates the master class as host and master of ceremonies, actively communicating with guests and working with a microphone

    3)Controls the timing and event organization and communicates to the team

    4)Communicates to the guests the information about marketing promotions and partners’ products according to the company’s standards
    Is the main point of contact at the event, should there be an emergency; immediately reports the emergency to supervisor

    5)Timely and efficiently solves event emergencies and resolves conflicts

    6) Oversees the team’s and guests’ compliance with the company’s hygiene and safety standards; immediately reports the breaches to supervisor

    7) Promotes and manages the extra sales at the event

    8)Facilitates the event closing documentation

    9)Performs the inventory of merchandising and stock

    10)Controls the studio appearance and cleanliness, timely informs the cleaning team and the supervisor about the breach of standards
