    1) Fulfilling support requests from clients, via email and telephone
    2) Direct contact with client as and when is required to coordinate meetings and events function
    3) Managing all matter of client queries and issues
    4) Screen phone calls, schedule conference calls
    5) Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
    6)Managing projects and conducting research
    7) Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
    8) Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
    9) Organizing and maintaining files and records
    10) Additional ad-hoc duties as assigned
