  • Description

    •Regional responsibility in Southeast Asia for business development, client acquisition and client retention
    strategies for all products.
    •Accountable for hitting the company’s monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets through new client
    acquisition or growth from existing clients.
    •Client acquisition strategy including the development and maintenance of client prospects and sales
    pipeline.
    •Development and execution of new products as well as enhancements of existing plans / products for
    product life cycle planning.
    •Serve as the company product line expert on benefit design, administration, and industry trends.
    •Serve as part of project team (even coordinator) for product and service enhancements in the company.
    •Provide weekly business development activity reports to the senior management team (contacts,
    prospective, status, next step, client feedback and timelines)
    •Create business plans and prospect lists that provide a pathway for achieving growth and profitability
    targets.
    •Develop new clients and projects according to company’s revenue goals and objectives.
    •Develops and maintains excellent relationship with existing clients to ensure client retention targets are
    met, as well as identify new growth opportunities.
    •Other functions in support of the company’s growth in the company’s target markets.
