• Supervise a group of 2 support staff in the day to day accounting related functions and operations,
including reviewing of accounting entries and transactions, balance sheet reconciliations, updating of pricing changes and billing lines
• Maintain accurate and complete accounting records of companies and its subsidiaries of Asia-Pacific Regions in accordance to Singapore Companies Act and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
• Co-ordinate quarterly audits and liaise with internal as well as external auditors to meet the statutory filing deadlines
• Review internal controls of treasury and billing cycles and implement steps to improve them
• Monthly Submission of Variance Analysis of Balance Sheet & Profit and Loss in terms of movement in pricing change, volume, gross margin and ranking by countries, customers, business lines and investigation of significant and unusual balances to HQ for review
• Prepare and review statutory tax computations for revenue-related items
