I have 5 years of work experience in areas of Process management / improvement initiatives and balanced scorecard deployment. I am a certified examiner of Eaton business excellence model (i.e., Eaton Business System). I have worked on the all the six process categories which entails Senior Leadership model, Strategic Planning design and deployment , Customer relationship building and satisfaction, Measurement , Analysis and Knowledge management , Workforce ( human capital) management systems including, workforce engagement, workforce enrichment, and workforce satisfaction. I am currently playing a dual role where along with preparing the Engineering Center for the Eaton business excellence assessment / certification next year and work as a Senior HR generalist role for one of the project groups. These are around the areas of organization development and training which links the business needs with matching skill set. I have also been trained in Balanced Scorecard deployment including a workshop on Alignment strategy by Dr Kaplan at Mumbai last year. I have also worked with Mr. Nigel penny, who is a key consultant on change management and balanced scorecard.
