| 1. Update stock availability & non-availability in SAP System.
2. Perform Physical Count Inventory on a daily basis.
3. Coordinate with Product Inspectors from Logistic end before dispatching of products.
4. Assigning tasks for Technicians and Loading Groups.
5. Update manpower movement record.
6. Providing Monthly Inventory Status Report.
7. Inspect products in case of damage or blocked.
8. Coordinate with both Marketers (Sabic and EMC) for the W/H status.
9. Upgrade the blocked material with coordination to Packaging Department as needed.
10. Daily receive products and update in SAP system accordingly.
