I have been working for almost three years now doing customer service. I used to be a front desk personnel in one of the government agencies here in the Philippines for 1 year and 11 months to be exact. Now, I'm working in one of the call centers in our country doing market research. I conduct surveys through phone interview with the American households for five months before I became an editor in the same company. I can speak and write English well. I want to apply any jobs in customer service. I can also be an employee of a bank because I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting.
