I am looking for positions within Corporate Finance division mainly within the Mergers & Acquisitions arena. My exposure to the Mergers & Acquisitions domain dates back to the year 2004 when I was spearheading the post merger integration of Operations department of two Citigroup entities namely “The Associates” and “Citifinancial Retail Services India Ltd”. My project work at MBA School has further helped me understand the complexities of Company Valuations, Portfolio Management and Expansion strategies. The internship experience at ABN AMRO has helped me have first hand experience to witness the adrenaline rush that M&A and ECM team goes through before every aspect of a deal be it a kick off, documentation, due diligence, pitch book preparation or an investor presentation. I was fascinated by the variety of experience that every such deal brings in. It is this exposure and inquisitiveness that drives my future career aspirations towards M&A Execution and Sector specific teams.I also represented NUS Business School at M&A Pitch Book preparation competition at the University of Maryland.
