I pursued my masters in Business Administration (MBA) and graduated with a degree in Engineering (Bachelor of Engineering (BE)). I was recruited on campus as Management trainee and recently promoted as Senior Executive. I have a total work experience of less than 2 years. In my previous experience in change control and project management for a business process, I had been involved in Business Analysis or Project Management with a sound understanding of business process flows. Few of my expertise are follows: 1. Client interactions (For Change Control and Project Management- Business process): I had continuous interactions with clients to gather their requirements, updated with the details of the projects and changes. I delighted my clients with value additions and was appreciated for the same. 2. Change control and Project Management: I was responsible and managed the department for change control and project management for one of the HCL’s center. One of the key roles was in Business Analysis for the projects. With a good analytical and Organizational Skill I could present my management and my clients with analysis reports. In my tenure of 1 year in Project management I leveraged revenue generation of $22,000. 3. Business cases: I independently handled a business case and was also an active member for another confidential business case. 4. Business Objects: An urge to learn has helped me learn Business Objects (Business Intelligence software) during my tenure. I supported the management with reports which helped them in making strategic decisions. In less than 2 years, I could gain knowledge in Business objects, Minitab, SPSS, Six Sigma, MS Excel, Access, (and Word and PPTs), 2 Business cases, Change control and Project Management, and KPO (Market Research).
