Currently I am looking for job as an: IT Support / IT Helpdesk / Desktop Support / System Administrator My skill: -Serving customer with a pleasant attitude. -Assist user to troubleshoot on hotel application. -Assist user to do software configuration. -Perform system setup, data migration and software application installation for new hires and current users. -Initiate Blackberry account setup and activation. -Handle enquiry of procurement of IT-related equipment. -Handle all enquiries for laptop and desktop parts. -Perform on-site, remote problem, system and software application support for users. -Perform administration of login accounts and email creation by using Active Directory. -Perform backup tape for daily, weekly and monthly. -Attend to users e-mail request based on ticketing system. -Perform video conference trial tests and actual session setup. -Perform creation and deletion of CHUBB access cards. -Keep track of equipment asset/inventory. -Setup VPN account creation, conduct test and issue token. -Request for IT equipment quotation for software, hardware and licenses. -Monitoring and liaising with vendors on UPS and server room standalone air-con routine maintenance. -Updating of software licensing for Corporate and Hotels (Blackberry, Exchange/Windows 2003 CALs) -Provide clients with workaround solutions in order to get systems back on-line as soon as possible. -Do patching of network and telephone configurations for users.
