Jobs Profiles : Administration • Assigning the Administration Staff, their tasks and Constant Follow-Up • Managing the various documents – Labor Cards, Visas, Passports, Licenses, Various Approvals and Permits for their expiry and validation – all staff and Business. • Overlooking the Office Administration and Management. • Liaising with the accounts department for varied teller related banking. • Liaising and supporting the accounts department and the sales team for systematic collection. • Confidentiality in maintaining all the documents entrusted. Developed and maintained a secured filing system as per company policy. • Managing the office petty cash • Managing the office when the Manager is away. • Send various periodical reports to the management - such as costs sheets; Production Performance, Sales Performance; Purchases Status, Outstanding Reports, etc. • Maintaining and creating the item codes for various finished goods, raw materials and allocation to assembly items while maintaining the costing of each finished product. Jobs Profiles : Logistics • Liaison with the International Suppliers and assisting in Opening the L/c and on arrival of goods assisting in clearing the goods from port and monitoring till the goods arrive to our yard • Preparing the complete sets of Shipping Documents in tune to the L/Cs or as per Customer Specific requirements. • Liaison with the Local & Overseas Suppliers for consumables and raw materials • Liaison with the production team and sales team to ensure timely production and delivery. • Closely monitoring delivery of materials and liaising suppliers on delivery schedules. • Efficiently assisted suppliers & customers during irregular and diverse situations in a calm and effective manner. Interacted with the customers and the suppliers on a regular basis. • Made significant contributions to corporate growth and stability by skillfully negotiating with various suppliers & customers. Language Known : English,Hindi, Urdu , Tamil & Malayalam
