Responsibilities:
>Provide support at the reception counter and other administrative duties - IT, local and overseas courier services, stationery tracking.
>Provide support in all aspects of Human Resource Management and employees matters - recruitment and orientation
>Assist in compiling HR monthly reports - leave balances, medical claims report and OT report.
>Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
>Bilingual in English & Mandarin.
>Proficient in MS office.
>Good team player and able to multi-task.
>Able to work independently and efficiently.
>Able to start work immediately.
>Salary will commensurate according to experience. |
