Sales Consultant (Luxury Real Estate)
Job Description:
Based in Singapore, your main task will be to sell high end luxury residential
properties of our client to potential buyers in Europe and the US. This involves
networking, development and establishment of various channels to reach target segments
of high net worth individuals.
You will also provide clients with well-researched and thorough financial
and real estate investment information and trends. There will be the need to constantly
monitor the property market and its impact on the real estate market. You will
enjoy working as a team in the planning and execution of marketing activities to ensure
high visibility of our properties as well as the high standard of managing our sales
gallery and show flats.
Requirements:
The candidate must be well-groomed, articulate, outgoing and resourceful with a tertiary qualification.
It will be advantageous if you have at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate,
financial, banking or hospitality industries.
Candidates who have lived, studied or worked in Asia are most welcome to apply.
In your pursuit to provide superior service, you will have sophisticated interpersonal
