Scope of work
- 24 x 7 shift (7 days of work and 7 days of off in 2 weeks cycle)
- Manage Back-up tapes,i.e. format, scratch, off-siting, etc
- Assist in Data Center facility management
- Provide escort to visitors to the Data Center
- Attend to support request through incident management tool

Ideal candidates should have the following :

- Keen interest and willing to learn in a Data Center environment
- Basic knowledge of IT
- Can communicate clearly
- Can follow documented instructions
- Independent and not afraid to learn and apply in practical environment
- Fresh Diploma, "O" Level, ITE
- Malaysians are welcome to apply
