Our client is a well established Foreign based Manufacturing Company located at TUAS AREA. Due to expansion, they are looking for suitable candidates for the position of WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE / SUPERVISOR.
Salary: Commensurate with qualification and experience

Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and organize Store Department personnel to ensure orderly execution of Store activities
- Liaise with Supply Chain, Shipping, Purchasing and Production Departments in ensuring efficient movement and storage of shipments and goods
- Ensure Import / Export shipments are completed as scheduled and that Materials are issued to Production Department as per Material Request Form
- Generate Packing Lists according to Shipment Schedule
- Manage Goods Receiving, including generating Good Receipt Notes
- Maintain consumable item inventory level according to stock requirements
- Conduct periodic cycle count on inventory
- Employ good utilization of space and ensure inventory stock is identified, updated and stored as per allocated locations
- Housekeeping of Store Department with focus on cleanliness and safety aspects
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Warehouse Management / Logistics Management
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Warehouse Management / Inventory Control / Manufacturing
- Candidates with more than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role would be considered for senior position
- Prior experience with MRP / ERP systems would be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Singaporean and PR Only
