Our Client, US based MNC, is a provider of precision stamped metal parts and assemblies to electronics, semiconductor, medical and automotive companies worldwide. They have operations in USA, Singapore, Malaysia and China. Due to expansion, they are current looking for a Customer Service Officer.
Salary: $2100 to $2300 + Other Fringe Benefits
Work Days: 5 Days
Location: Woodlands
Transport: Provided - Woodlands or Jurong East
Responsibilities:
• Liaise with Customers on orders taken and advice on their shipment status and details
• Resolve on any daily customer disputes, shipment irregularities and customer complaint
• Maintain proper system order entry
• Ensure that all customers outstanding issues are timely reported to the Superior
• Monitoring of customer shipment issue and proper order entry
Requirements:
• GCE 'O’ levels / NITEC / Diploma Holders
• Min 2 years of relevant customer service experience in stamping or manufacturing industries
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office and Oracle/SAP System
• Able to start work at short notice
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (as need to liaise with China counterparts)
• Singaporean and PR only
