Our client, US based MNC, is a global leader in Engineering Services. Due to expansion and growth a new opportunity has arisen for a HR Analyst skilled in detailed statistical reporting work to work with their HR team.
Salary: Commensurate with Experience and Qualifications
Work Location: Kallang
Work Days: 5 Days Week
Work Terms: Permanent Position
Responsibilities:
Ensure proper maintenance of HR information, related processes and systems to prepare accurately and timely reports at Local, Regional HQ and World HQ level
Maintain headcount movement and employment cost database to provide updated monthly data for various reporting requirements
Prepare all HR monthly reports by consolidating and checking all inputs from various HR working platforms and coordination with the rest of the HR team
Analyze, identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies and refer complex issues to supervisors
Provide reliable information, reports and support in the planning and forecasting processes to ensure accurate updates are completed
Implement process or system improvement by coordinating changes and documentation requirements
Cover payroll duties as and when required
Other HR or training projects as and when assigned by supervisors
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in HRM/Business/Accountancy/Finance
Minimum 2 years' of working experience in detailed statistical or finance reporting work
Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently
Strong Proficieny in MS Excel (including Pivot Tables) and MS Access
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
