Responsibilities
1.Work with various business functional units to align their key strategic objectives with the business process improvements pertaining to product life cycle management process.
2.Define solutions that helps the organization to accelerate new product introduction, manage and track the product development process efficiently and interface with the related systems in a most effective manner.
3.Define solutions that enables the business users to manage the information, processes and decisions about products throughout the product lifecycle .
4.Work with users on driving solutions for product innovation, effective design collaboration and product portfolio decision making.
4.Responsible for the implementation of the product lifecycle management system which involes, solution definition and standardization, project execution, monitoring and control.
5.Create business process models for As-Is, To be processes. Work closely with business process owners to Identify gaps, propose improvements and use simulation data to measure the outcome of improvements.
6.Analysis of the product data to define strategies for process improvement.
7.Work closely with the IT teams for architecture alignment, planning, execution and measurement of process improvement and performance objectives as set in the BPI roadmap for PLM solution.
8.Responsible for planning, designing & enabling the roadmap for your section.
9.Work closely with the BPM team on definition and enforcement of standards.
Requirement:
1.Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
2.At least 5 to 6 years of experience as a business process analyst.
3.At least 3 years experience as Project manager/solution manager with implementation experience in execution of core business processes related to: Product life cycle management solutions in the high tech semiconductor domain.
1.Preference will be given to those who have worked with Oracle Agile and completed at least one implementation cycle.
4.Familiar with BPM tools like ARIS.
5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6.Leadership skills, analytical, good organizational skills with strong business/commercial sense, team player.
7.Result-oriented with high levels of drive and initiative.
