PMO (Project Management Office) - This person has overall responsibility for the success of HRT project implementation. He or she provides leadership to the CLIENT project team, to track and report on status to CLIENT stakeholders, to engage VENDOR project team, to identify and mitigate risks, to ensure project completes on time and within budget, and to ensure all stakeholders' needs are addressed. He or she needs have SAP HR experience and a proven record of successful SAP HR implementation across AP countries.
Project Manager - SAP Payroll
-- this person will be responsible for a successful payroll implementation. He or she will provide leadership to CLIENT staff in each country to migrate their existing payroll applications to VENDOR SAP payroll system. The person should have SAP payroll experience and should understand the payroll requirements for each country as well as interface between payroll and finance.
Project Manager - Data migration
-- this person will be responsible for the successful migration of CLIENT's existing HR data to the VENDOR SAP HR system. He or she will provide leadership to CLIENT project team to map and migrate the data from their existing applications to SAP (employee admin, organization management, performance evaluation, compensation & benefits, recruitment, time & attendance, expat support, etc).
