Responsibilities:
• To help with telephone, email and walk-in enquiries and provide quality sales services to our clients.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Proficient in Abacus/Amadeus and computer literate
• Bilingual in English/Mandarin
• Advantage if fluent in Korean or another language
• Sales oriented with strong interpersonal and good communication skills
• Willing to perform shift/weekend duties
• Keen interest in the travel industry
