Sushi Chef
 

We are seeking an experienced, professional SUSHI CHEF to manage their new Sushi Bar.

With extensive Sushi skills and preferably Teppanyaki skills you will already have some previous opening experience and will be capable of developing menus and budgets. You will be goal orientated and set strict staff training programmes to ensure your team of 5 chefs are able to work with both Sushi and Teppanyaki competently.

The successful candidate will work closely with the F&B Director pre-opening with regard Menu design and concept. After the opening the Sushi Chef will be responsible for achieving budgeted revenues, maintaining the kitchen to HACCP standards and continued training & development of the team.
