Duties include to assisting the Head Chef preparing and cooking meals. Taking care of the curry and tandori sections. Supervise and train junior staff members and responsible for the service and functions of the restaurant. Assisting with order requirements, planning menus and maintaing a high standard in the kitchen at all times.
Job Requirements: Must have at least 3 years experience in a similar role and have a vast knowledge of Indian cuisine. Will be working at mantra.
