RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, implement and monitor predictive and preventive programmes
• Prepare weekly reports, incident reports and O&M procedures
• Carry out inspection on the M&E facilities and conduct maintenance audit programme
• Supervise a team of Technicians and sub-contractors to collect defects and carry out improvement or alterations works
• Supervise and assess performance of contractors and vendors to ensure adherence to specifications, building codes, safe practices and schedule of completion

REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services with 2 years relevant experience in the maintenance of business, M&E facilities
• Technical competency, commitment to tight schedules, initiatives, with data-center experience
