RESPONSIBILITIES
• Focus on developing the Network capabilities for a specific account in the specific geographical region of responsibility
• Run and audit statistical reports and maintain data for customers and Manager
• Support local project team/operations in their relationship with the clients
• Ensuring the supply chain to the manufacturing plants/follow up of the whole transport
• Analysis of problems/Trouble shooting with customer/taking care of dispatch problems
• Ensure daily business with operations
• Check and control shipment data from all involved Offices and to be responsible for the quality of the data.
• Actualize rate sheets and other customer information
• Regularly review of processes and if necessary improvements and cost savings
• Attend monthly operative call
• Provides quotation
• In house Application Maintenance : System Update and to ensure stations to update the correct information
• Support Manager to implement new project lanes.

REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma in Logistics, Martime or Transportation Management or equivalent.
• Min. 1 years' experience in leading shipping or freight industry involving shipping, carriers, or freight forwarding background.
• Solid knowledge of air freight products & depth knowledge of carrier’s functions.
• Basic Logistics/Supply Chain Management knowledge is a bonus.
• Possess good analytical and reporting skills.
• High fluency in both spoken & written English and Mandarin.
