Job Descriptions:
• Provide full technical & system support to dealers, contractors and internal customers and be actively involved in the problem resolution process
• Manage air conditioning monitoring (AIRNET) and prepare monthly / quarterly report to customers
• Provide on site technical support to customers
• Handle phone enquiries
Job Requirements:
• Min Diploma Level
• Good communication skills ( both verbal & written)
• Self motivated, team player
• Possess good analytical and planning skills
• Those with related air- con experience will have an added advantage
