Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions with emphasis on recruitment, performance management, training and development and employees relation
Planning, monitoring and implementing HR's activities covering compensation & benefits, statistics, industrial relations and supervision of staff.
Workforce planning & deployment, advisory & review of Human Resources Policies
Diploma in HR Management or Business Studies and/or higher and minimum 2 years of experience
People oriented, responsible, decisive, able to work well under pressure and posses high levels of motivation
Strong leadership with good interpersonal skills, self-driven and familiar with HR policy, Employment Act and legislations
