After winning several global rollouts, they have an urgent need to expand their SAP team in Malaysia and are looking for an SAP Applications Management Team Leader. In this position, you will be responsible for:
Providing leadership and direction to the Analysts in the SAP Application Management (Functional and Technical)
Establishing communication and escalation protocols to ensure timely analysis, resolution and follow-up of issues
Performing technical designs, design reviews and assessments to ensure that the overall integrity of the system and good development practices are maintained
Plan and manage the overall work plan for delivery of projects - updating the work plan, managing project risks/issues and ensuring timely and quality deliverables
To be considered for the Team Lead position, you must posses:
University degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or a related field
3 to 5 years experience in System Development, Maintenance and/or Support functions
1 to 3 years experience as a Team Leader or in a senior role in a Support organisation
English is essential
Bahasa or Mandarin skills are essential as well
In depth understanding and knowledge of various modules within SAP FICO/HR/Logistic application
