Our client, a large consultancy firm, is currently undergoing expansion to their SAP team and need an individual with HR experience to join them in a permanent role.
Your duties will include:
Utilising your SAP HR functional experience to address problems and incidents raised by the SAP Help Desk.
Designing, building, configuring and testing application fixes according to deadlines.
Work in conjunction with other departments to fulfill and meet the terms in the Service Level Agreements.
Provide mentoring and coaching to all Help Desk Analysts and junior SAP Applications Management Analysts.
You must be able to:
Resolve incidents, problems and reports arising from the Help Desk team.
Ensure that customer needs and expectations are met by focusing you skills in SAP HR.
Assist and support the SAP Applications Management Team Lead in planning, coordinating and ensuring efficient delivery of enhancements to the business and its clients.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
A Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or a relate field.
Working experience in two of the following areas is desirable:
System Development, Maintenance and/or Support functions
Ability to prioritize on your workload with very good time management and organisational skills.
At least 2 years knowledge and understanding of modules within the SAP function is essential.
Prior SAP support experience is also essential.
