Our client, a large and dynamic consulting firm, is currently expanding their SAP base and need an HR Team Lead to join their family.
As an HR Team Lead, you will be expected to:
Manage the SAP Applications Management team during a transitionary period from the CLIENT'S Business Group to the CLIENT'S Commons Services Centre.
Plan for and execute an efficient delivery of Application enhancements to projects.
Provide mentoring and coaching to all Analysts, SAP Applications Management and the SAP Help Desk.
You will be responsible for Application and Project Management in your role as an HR Team Lead, and will need to:
Provide leadership and direction to the Analysts, and clearly define and communicate the roles and expectations to your team members.
Ensure that you adhere to all corporate IT policies, guidelines and procedures.
Support the Transition Manager in ensuring that all functional and technical knowledge is captured, as well as coordinating job shadowing and go-live preparation.
To be successful for this role, you will need to possess:
A university degree majoring in Information Systems/Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3 to 5 years experience in System Development, Maintenance and/or Support functions.
1-3 years experience as a Team Leader or in a senior role in a Support Organization, or another customer service orientated department.
English language skills are compulsory, and essential are skills in either of these languages - Bahasa, Mandarin.
Understanding of various modules within the SAP HR application.
Experience in support technologies is desirable.
