Position: Senior Software Engineer (Java)

They seek to hire dynamic individuals for the position of Senior Software Engineer (Java).
Responsibilities
Senior developer is responsible for implementing products and services around industry leading on-demand (SaaS - software as a service) CRM, ERP, and eCommerce services such as NetSuite, Siebel OnDemand, SugarCRM and Salesforce.com. Part of the developer’s responsibilities include building an integration framework on top of a well known 3rd party ESB platform. You will be fully trained on these platforms and APIs.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Strong overall technical and coding skills.
At least 3+ years development experience
Very strong experience in Java and general object-oriented methodologies.
Prior experience in SOAP based Web Services is a bonus.
Prior experience and proficiency in XML technologies including XML Schema and DTDs is a bonus
Prior experience with enterprise service bus (ESB) products—such as ServiceMix, Mule, BEA AquaLogic, etc—is a bonus.
General experience building web based applications
Thorough understanding of product/project workflow processes including requirements gathering and use cases, analysis & design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Strong organizational skills: task prioritization, effective time management, conflict resolution, and risk identification, mitigation and great communication skills.
Professional altitude: responsible, proactive, eager to learn, and great team work.
