Mechanical Design Engineer - Sussex - UK
Salary to £30K plus benefits
Our Client, a leading manufacturer and exporter of precision cold-forgings for both the automotive and domestic-goods industries, is going through an exciting period of export-driven expansion and is looking to recruit a mechanical engineering designer with CAD capability.

Experience of metal forming such as cold forging, stamping or fine-blanking would be advantageous but is not essential as training on the specific technologies utilised will be provided.

What are essential however are:
• HNC qualifications or equivalent in mechanical engineering.
• A driving ambition to escape the rut of institutionalised Drawing Office life to join an expanding organisation with prestigious export accounts.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Good CAD capability and experience.
• A good understanding of what it takes to deliver customer satisfaction in an extremely competitive environment
