Responsible for Co-ordination for Recruitment & Selection, Co-ordination for PR & related communication with HO, Ensure Legal Compliance on various Acts & Rules, Medical, OT, LTA and Advances, Industrial Relations, Grievance Handling
PG Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations OR MBA HRD; Knowledge of Safety & Environment / HR Practices; Liaisoning with Govt. Agencies. Responsible for personnel & Admin Functions. Textile Background personnel should be preferred.
