As a Group Executive Chef - Thai Cuisine You will be responsible for all operational aspects of 4 Restaurant Kitchens - You will be responsible for setting the budget for each Kitchen and ensuring that it is not exceeded. You will be required to ensure that stock purchased is from quality suppliers and is value for money. You will be responsible for the recruitment of staff. You will also be responsible ensuring that staff are adequately trained and developed in line with Company Policy. You will be required to ensure that each Kitchen produces cuisine that meets Company Standards. You will be responsible for the continued development and maintenance of each Restaurant Menu. You will be required to visit each Kitchen on a regular basis and ensure that Health and Safety along with Hygiene Regulations are adhered to.
