Description:
You will assist the Director (Human Resource & Corporate Affairs) in providing corporate secretariat support to the Board and Management Committee,and communicating important organisational issues to the Board and relevant committees. You will deal with corporate legal and constitutional issues,liaise with lawyers and relevant authorities on legal/constitutional matter,and advise and uodate the Board and Management accordingly. You will also assist in the management of HR functions in the department.
Requirements:
-Degree in Business Administration,with majors in communications and Media or Public Relations or Human Resource,would be an advantage.
-2-3 years relevant experience in corporate secretariat support and human resource,preferably with exposure and understanding of legal matters.
-Computer literate especially in MS Powerpoint.
-Excellent communication,networking and presentation skills.
-Results-driven with a sense of urgency and tasks-focused.
-Able to work independenty,as a team and manage expectations of different members to achieve desired results.
-A people person who is able to engage and build rapport.
