Job Description:
- Knowledge of PC Hardware, MS Windows, MS Office & MS Server
- Knowledge on DSL Modem, Switch, Router, Firewall and Windows Networking.
-Experience of Lotus Notes and ARCserve is an advantage
-Good command of English and Mandarin
Job Requirement:
-Diploma or above in Computer Science or other IT related discipline.
-ITE holder acceptable with minimum 1-2years in helpdesk support
-MCP/MCSE/CCNA is an advantage
