Responsibilities:
- Implement induction programmes for new nursing staff.
- Assist in planning implementation and evaluation of nursing clinical and classroom training programmes; as well as supervision and coaching of nursing staff in wards.
Requirements:
- Registered hurse with singapore Nuresing Board, preferably with relevant training and coaching certificates.
- Able to wrok in 2 rotating shifts.
