Job Scope:

- Day to day planning and follow up on production to ensure customer deliveries are met.
- Coordinate production plans with purchasing team to monitor inventories.
- Maintain Master Delivery Schedules in coordination with production planner.
- Provide weekly status reports to program managers and customers identifying production schedule status and issues that affect delivery.
- Understanding of MRP
- Prepare shipment authorization for finished goods shipping to customers.
- Issuing and closing work orders, monitoring component losses during production.
- Monitor monthly revenue of product lines handled and help ensure production capacity is utilized to the fullest.
- Assist in expediting problem materials or shortages whenever needed.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years experience in materials or production planning in an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Minimum Diploma in Electronics/Engineering/Business Management.
- Computer literate with basic knowledge of ERP and MRP systems.
