The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Introduce adventure sports to the general pubilc
- Promote the spirit of adventure
- Organise and facilitate teambuilding programmes for school students and working adults to build self-confidence , teamwork , positive team dynamics , creativity , constructive communication and inspirational leadership
- Be part of a team to manage and promote singapore,s premier Climbing and Mountaineering Centre
- help to organise one of singapore.s main Adventure Race

Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree
- 3-5 years working experience preferably in training or teaching background.
- Candidates with experience in teambuilding facilitation will have an added advantage
- Candidates will go through basic training in sport climbing , abseiling, wilderness medical first responder , safety and management of challenge ropes course and first aid.
- Candidates will also go through various advance adventure sports training to prepare them as Adventure Trainers.
