Sr. Technical Support Engineer - NW & SEC(CCSP & CCNP Certification)
1. Design, Implementation and support of Cisco networking solutions
(Switching, Routing, Wireless, Security ...etc)
2. Design, Implementation and support of Security solutions from
different vendors (ISS, Checkpoint, Cisco, McAfee, BlueCoat, RSA,
IronPort, CA, …etc)
3. Develop deep technical knowledge in Networking & Information
Security solutions
4. Develop deep technical knowledge in Microsoft technologies,
especially in Microsoft Servers, Active Directory, Exchange serve,
…etc.
5. Work with a team of Sr. technical support personnel and
technicians to deliver world‐class services to the clients
6. Project Management of Solutions implementations using a proven
Project Management methodology
7. Develop project & technical documentation for solutions
implemented
8. Report to a Technical Support Manager
9. Ability to develop new skills in other technical areas, as and when
required by the company
10. Develop interpersonal skills for effective communication between
employees and clients
Requirements
1- Have a minimum 2 years experience in IT Company.
2- Have 3~5 years experience in Cisco networking and security
3- Have CCSP & CCNP certification.
Remuneration around 5500 US$/Month (Will depend on Experience and Current salary)
