Job Responsibilites:
Create reports and updates on project start-up activity schedules on a regular basis.
Work cross-functionally with other functions to get updates and data, and identify resources and activities constraints, conflicts and critical paths.
Work with project main scheduler and attend meetings as required.
Provide support to facilities, engineering and EHS functions.
Willing to assume other supporting work like site walk rounds and inspections as required.
Able to work some overtime as required.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements:
Degree/diploma in any engineering discipline
Min 5 years of experience as a project start-up scheduler
Proficiency and experience in scheduling software such as Primavera and MS Project is essential
Possess strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
