Requirements & Responsibilities :
- Telemarketing, identify and develop clients' account.
- Develop, promote & execute sales & marketing plans & materials, with the aim of achieving sales revenue and increasing market share.
- Enthusiastic, hands-on self-starter with strong organizational, presentation and marketing & sales skills with result-oriented.
- Set and maintain high standards of professionalism in all aspects, to offer company’s full range recruitment services, leading up to a formalized service contract between the company and clients.
- You will support pre & post-sales activities; this role requires close client/colleagues coordination, account management and relationship building.
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant industry or functional experience in the respective roles would be the main criteria for selection; although we look at candidates with strong potential to succeed in our challenging business environment.
- Ability to respond aggressively to changing market trends and competition to leverage new market opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and able to contribute to personal and team objectives.
- Strong people, communications, customer service and time management skills are a must.
- The core essential qualities require lots of hard work, self-motivation, drive, energy, and desire to make a difference.
