Job Description
You will acquire, grow and deepen NRI Priority Customer relationships through effective relationship management, with special focus on the analysis and satisfaction of HNW Customers personal financial as well as investment needs and objectives.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1.Achieve new business / customer acquisition goals and manage relationships with existing HNW Customers, in accordance with the bank’s customer service guidelines.
2.Source and call on individual prospects as well as organize and conduct sales presentations to groups, clubs, associations, companies and other organizations.
3.Provide sound financial advice and offering customized product solutions in accordance to the bank’s prescribed standards as well as industry regulatory requirements
4.Maintain customer loyalty and promote brand identity by providing excellent customer service via regular updates and reviews on our range of financial products as well as customers’ financial needs
5.Ensure that the aggressive sales targets for all relevant products and the bank’s client service quality standards are met.
Qualifications & Skills
1.Degree with relevant sales experience, good sales track record will be at an advantage.
2.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to deal with people of all levels
3.A team player who shows initiative and assertiveness.
4.A self-motivator who is keen on upgrading and improving personal knowledge and skills to meet evolving job requirements.
5.CMFAS certification in M1B / M5 / M6 / M8 / M9 / M9 / HI is essential.
