Responsibilities:
1. To acquire new customers for the Personal Banking segment, with a primary focus on mortgage loans (Residential)
2. To actively participate in sales planning to generate action plans for sales
3. To generate new business through sales promotions, marketing calls, seminars and referrals from different sales channels
4. To structure deals based on customer needs
5. To cross-sell products and services appropriate to Personal Banking customers so as to maximise customer profitability.
6. To provide quality, efficient after sales services and feedback customer inputs on products, pricing, processes, etc.
Requirements:
1. Diploma / Degree in Business or equivalent qualifications.
2. Proven track record in mortgage sales.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
