Job Description:
You will acquire, grow and deepen General Mass Market Customer relationship through effective service and sales relationship management. The role holder is required to acquire new business through maximizing every customer (both new and existing) contact. Their focus is mainly on Mortgages and Insurance product to meet client’s financial needs.
Responsibilities:
1.Successful and consistent conversion of leads to sales
2.Sell Deposits, Mortgages and Insurance products to customers based on identified needs
3.Build on existing relationships to grow/ develop customer portfolio
4.Anticipate future basic product needs given analysis of current state
5.Achieve new business customer acquisition goals and cultivates customer pipeline
6.Source and call on individual prospects as well as organize and conduct sales presentations to groups, clubs, associations, companies and other organizations within the assigned branches
7.Ensure aggressive sales targets for all relevant products are met, in addition to meeting client service quality standards set by the bank
Requirements:
1.Minimum Diploma holder with relevant sales experience, preferably with good sales track record. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to deal with people of all levels
3.A team player with good initiative and assertiveness
4.A self-motivator who is keen on upgrading and improving personal knowledge and skills to meet evolving job requirements
5.CMFAS certification in M5 / M9 / HI is essential
