To provide full secretarial service ensuring smooth running of the office and delivery of quality service to the benefit of the Bank and customers, both external and internal.
Responsibilities:
•Produce work in a timely, complete and accurate manner.
•Amend and mark-up documents and correspondences on instruction.
•Manage and coordinate diaries including arranging internal / external meetings, audio / video conferences and offsite meetings.
•Exercise judgement and prioritise meetings.
•Effective follow through of deliverables and to ensure deadlines are met.
•Manage workload effectively.
•Good telephone etiquette, screening of calls and forwarding them to appropriate person.
•Provide all other secretarial duties, including:
o Maintain good filing system to enable quick retrieval of materials.
o Organise travel itineraries.
Requirements:
•Good secretarial skills.
•Comfortable dealing with senior management across different countries and cultures.
•A self-starter with hands-on style and ability to operate with minimal guidance.
•Responsive and able to pay meticulous attention to detail (particularly in documents).
•Good PC skills, particularly with Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint.
•Good communications skills with strong command of English.
•Reliable, discreet and diplomatic.
•Having a flexible approach to work and able to work overtime as required.
•A team player who demonstrates good interpersonal skills with ability to prioritise workload and manage conflicting priorities.
•Self motivation, confident and enthusiasm.
•Able to multitask effectively
