Job Description
The role holder is primarily responsible for acquiring new lending accounts; manage, grow and deepen the customer relationships, drive profitable volume growth through value added sales and service incorporating full range of products offered by SME Banking.
Responsibilities
1.Acquire new business from new and existing customers to help grow a profitable customer base utilising products from one or more Value Streams, so as to achieve personal targets.
2.Work with SME customers to qualify their requirements in the Bank's products and provide services accordingly.
3.Analyse individual customer profiles to identify selling opportunities and follows through the execution of the sales.
4.Deliver presentations to targeted potential new customers.
5.Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity records.
6.Work with Customer Service colleagues in order to maximise sales referral opportunities.
7.Deliver services to customers that are synonymous with the brand experience being promoted by the Bank.
Qualifications
1.Tertiary qualification
2.Relevant sales / acquisition experience within the SME Banking environment with proven track record is an advantage
3.Possess a good network of potential alliances and the ability to spot an opportunity
4.Self-starter, independent and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
