-Design and develop test routines for assuring that new hardware and firmware implementations will meet system architecture specifications
-Run test routines on a platform utilizing all system resources (microprocessor, memory, PCI adapters, etc.)
-Develop in-depth understanding of hardware and firmware architecture to build the necessary routines
-Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Electronic Engineering
-Understanding of computer architecture preferably POWER or RISC
-Possess programming and debugging skills in C or PERL on Unix/Linux environment
-System software testing on Linux / Unix platform is a must
-In-depth understanding of hardware and firmware architecture
-Familiar with hardware design and microcode
-Experience in any programming language is acceptable, although C and PERL experience are a plus
-Team player & good communication skill |
