Responsibilities include:-
Handle recruitment activities such as placing advertisements, short-listing candidates, conducting interview.
Handle resignation / terminations, contracts and employee relations
Handle payroll (Times Software)
Conduct orientation and exit interviews
Co-ordinate performance appraisal activities for staff confirmation and annual salary review
Implement, communicate and administration of employee welfare and benefits program
Update HR system and maintain employee personal files
Prepare and generate reports for management and statutory requirements and compile statutory labour reports
Update & maintain the HR policies and procedures
To succeed in this role, you are likely to have the following attributes:
Min Diploma in HR Management
At least 2 years of experience as generalist HR practitioner
Payroll experience is a must
Good analytical and number-crunching skills
Self-motivated to learn and keep abreast of new HR policies and practices
Good communication skills and able to liaise with people of all level and coordinate events
Preferable Singaporeans and Singapore PR.
