In order to cope with rapid expansion, they are seeking a high-caliber candidate to lead the Operations Team.Responsibilities:Lead the Operations Team, and work closely with Logistics and Sales & Marketing Divisions to carry out the following duties:Oversee operations in order to maintain and enhance systems, work flow, operations process, and accounting systems, to ensure efficient operations.Review, plan, implement and control operation process and procedures between various departments.Maintain good relationships with Principals.Participate in new business development and tendering process.Requirements:University graduateMinimum 10 - 12 years of experience in FMCG operations, preferably in healthcare/pharmaceuticals.Solid operations management experience.Team player, excellent interpersonal skills.Strong leadership and communication skills.Well established network in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry.Well established relationships with the trade.Proactive, strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Mature, responsible and open minded.Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese.
