Supply Chain Manager
 

Responsibilities:
Driving supply chain optimisation to minimise risk and implement cost saving initiatives.
Managing the supply chain for the Asia device and accessories, ensuring that regional customer service requirements and production planning and inventory levels are met.
Covering all logistics aspects of all countries where the Asia operates in and assist in resolving any operational issues.
Working closely with country managers/ business developers to anticipate and consolidate customer forecast and order.
Maintaining the existing ERP system in Asia as well as improving planning and forecasting systems to support business growth.
Volume forecast of devices and accessories and long-term planning to ensure consistency between the Asia plan and customers expectations
Putting together processes for managing the inventory of goods and services received, conduct distribution and network studies, monitor inventory and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times and order fill rates.
Providing business analysis on the company business, executing processes, and utilizing business tools and metrics to maintain proper inventory planning, procurement, allocation and transition management to optimise finance-logistics process, order fulfilment and cost.
Development and implementation of processes that will lead towards continuous improvement of the Supply Chain processes.
Contributing to the qualification of new distributors & logistic service providers and retention of vendors.
Procurement of key components of the company devices.
Maintain appropriate records and prepares reports.
Requirements: 
 
Min. Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
Min. 5 years' in Supply Chain Management experience.
Prior experience in dealing with OEM manufacturers, 3rd party vendors, suppliers of key components of our devices.
High fluency in both spoken & written English and Mandarin.
Dynamic & committed with proactive working attitude.
Highly customer-oriented & self-driven individual with hands-on ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Strong passion for process improvement, proven leadership, organisational, analytical and interpersonal & people skills.
